The Mindfulness Initiative has, in partnership with the Hart Knowe Trust, looked to innovations in mindfulness as a way of developing mindfulness practices and reaching audiences that perhaps have not been drawn to a tried-and-tested course. We have sought to promote good practice through our Awards Scheme, while supporting careful and considered development of new approaches through our Fieldbook for Mindfulness Innovators.
Embarking on the path of mindfulness teaching is both a personal journey and a commitment to fostering inner-work and connection in others. To support educators at every stage, we are now excited to introduce a pilot course "Sharing Your Treasure", a comprehensive online workshop series designed to empower mindfulness teachers through innovative strategies and community engagement. The course will be led by Richard Edwards, Director of the Mindfulness Initiative, and Vin Harris, Founder of the Hart Knowe Trust. We are looking for a small cohort of participants for this course to help us refine this work leading to the publication of a new Sharing your Treasure Workbook.
